It can be lonely at the top, but it doesn’t have to be.

We know leaders limit their potential when they lead from isolation. But, when surrounded by trusted advisors with a common goal and a biblical worldview, they can maximize performance and energize cultures. With faith as the foundation, this powerful group of peers meet in an exclusive, confidential forums in Cincinnati metro and Northern Kentucky to have their questions answered and their answers questioned.

RANDY WARWICK

In 2007, Randy answered the call of God to launch C12 groups in the Greater Cincinnati area. His mission is to find and foster the faith of Christian CEOs and business owners so that they grow as leaders after God’s own heart and their companies become trophies of His grace. From his 30 years of experience as a CPA, he has assisted public and owner-managed companies with their accounting, business valuation, estate planning, succession planning and taxation needs. Randy began his public accounting career with KPMG Peat Marwick in Orange County, California auditing various public companies such as Western Digital and Boral Industries. It was his service with Boral Industries that allowed him the opportunity to serve KPMG overseas in Sydney, Australia during the late 1980s. In 1993, after completing the Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa’s School of Ministry, Randy and his newly-wed bride, Debbie, moved to the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area with the express purpose of planting a Calvary Chapel in the area. By God’s grace, in December of 1995, Calvary Chapel of Northern Kentucky was planted. For six and one-half years, Randy served as its Senior Pastor all the while working at a local CPA firm in Blue Ash, Ohio. Educating and equipping Christian leaders is Randy’s passion, whether their ministry platform is a church pulpit or a construction site test pit. Integrating Biblical principles into all aspects of life by abiding in Jesus Christ is the goal. Randy graduated from Ohio University in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He currently resides with his beloved bride, Debbie, in Mason, Ohio. They are blessed to have 4 adult children who have been sent out to change their world be it at college, in the marketplace or in the military.

“C12 is everything I was looking for and more of what I didn’t know I needed. My peers challenge me in my blind spots, love me in hard times, and encourage me to glorify God in the way I lead my team. It’s a home for business leaders.”
